HOT SMOKED SALMON
- 1 Cedar Plank
- 3-4lb Salmon
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Hickory Chips
GARLIC AND CHIVE CREAM CHEESE
- 1 Handful of Chives
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Pack of Cream Cheese
- Black Pepper
Soak the cedar plank in water for 2 hours
Put it on the grill 5 minutes each side so we can clean it and start it charing.
Rub the Salmon with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Get on the Cedar plank and and put on the grill.
Add the hickory chips to the fire.
Get the temperature to 350oF / 175oC and cook for 40 minutes
Mix all the ingredients for the garlic and chive cream cheese in a bowl
Squeeze over some lemon
Flake apart and then build your bagels.
