- 1 Chavrie Goats Cheese Pyramid
- 1 Jar Dalmatia Fig Spread or alternative Fig Jam
- 1 Date
- A few Walnuts
- A few Almonds (Try and Find Truffle Salted Almonds)
For the goats cheese, I am using this brand called Chavrie. I really like it because it has already been mixed with some cream, so it has a soft creamy texture. If you can find it, mix a goats cheese log with 2 tbs of cream in a bowl.
Add a few tsp of goats cheese into a ramekin. Smooth it down, until you have an even surface.
Use a wet cloth or paper towel, to wipe away any excess goats cheese from the side of the ramekin.
Add a large tsp of fig spread or fig jam. You have to be very gentle with this, so use a knife to press it into the corners. If you press too hard all the goats cheese gets pushed up the side of the ramekin and it doesn’t look as good.
Give it a wipe
Add more goats cheese and smooth over the top
Top off with a thin layer of fig jam
Sprinkle over the chopped date, walnuts and truffled almonds
